These terms cover this website and the waitlist form on it. The FlexaPay app hasn’t launched; when it does it will arrive with its own terms, and nothing here grants you any rights to it.

Agreeing to these terms

Using this site means you accept these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use it. We may revise them — see Changes, below — and continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept the revised version.

What the site is

A pre-launch page describing something we’re building, with a form for joining the waitlist. That is the entire service.

Joining the waitlist is not a purchase, a reservation, or a contract. It doesn’t guarantee that you will get access, that access will arrive on any particular date, or that FlexaPay will ship with the features, pricing or platforms described on this site. Everything here describes work in progress, and work in progress changes. We may change, suspend or discontinue the site or the waitlist at any time.

Using the site

Use it lawfully. Specifically, please don’t:

• submit an email address that isn’t yours, or that you don’t have permission to use;
• submit addresses in bulk, or by any automated means;
• work around the rate limit on the waitlist form, or otherwise try to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to this site or the servers behind it;
• scrape, copy or republish the site’s content or design as your own.

Intellectual property

The FlexaPay name and wordmark, and the text, design and code of this site, belong to FlexaPay. Using the site doesn’t grant you a license to any of it. Other product names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners.

No warranty

This site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that everything on it is complete and current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlexaPay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of your use of — or inability to use — this website. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits; where that is the case, they apply as far as the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Washington, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date, and takes effect when posted.
