Privacy Policy
Effective August 11, 2026
FlexaPay hasn’t launched. This website has one interactive feature — a waitlist form — and one piece of information it can learn about you: the email address you type into it.
What this covers
This policy applies to the FlexaPay website and nothing else. The FlexaPay app is not released yet; when it is, it will come with its own privacy policy covering the data it handles. Nothing on this page describes the app.
What we collect
One thing: the email address you submit through the waitlist form. We don’t ask for your name, there are no accounts to create, there is nothing to pay for, and there is no other field anywhere on the site.
If you never submit the form, we hold nothing about you beyond the server logs described below.
How we use it
To email you about FlexaPay — realistically once, when it opens to the waitlist. We don’t sell your address, rent it, or hand it to anyone else for their own marketing.
Storage and retention
Your address is stored on our own infrastructure, and access to it is limited to the people who need it in order to run the waitlist. We don’t copy it into other tools.
We keep it until FlexaPay opens to the waitlist and that email has gone out, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first.
Rate limiting
Submissions to the waitlist form are rate-limited so the form can’t be hammered. Doing that means reading the IP address your request arrives with, from the request’s standard forwarding headers, and keeping a short-lived count in memory. It isn’t written to disk, isn’t attached to your email address, and isn’t used for anything else.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
None. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, carries no advertising or social widgets, and loads no third-party scripts. The fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font network, so loading the page doesn’t announce your visit to anyone else. There is no tracking here to opt out of.
Server logs
The site runs on a hosting provider, and that provider may keep ordinary server logs — IP address, time of request, the page asked for, browser user-agent — in order to operate and secure the service. Those logs are held under the provider’s own policies, not ours.
Your choices
To be taken off the waitlist, reach us through the contact link in the footer of this site and we’ll delete your address. Since the list is only ever an email address, that is the whole of what there is to delete.
Children
This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Given how little the site collects today, a change most likely means something was added — and we would rather say so here than quietly not.
